I had an amazing experience working with Doug and his team from Mortgages Unlimited. I was in a real pinch and I had gotten Doug’s name from a family friend. I talked to Doug on a Friday after working with another Mortgage lender that was unable to get my loan complete (two weeks before my closing date). That Friday Doug had already had my loan finished and all my documents and was already working hard on my case. The next week he was able to get me qualified and everything was looking good. By the following week he had my appraisal done and told me that we would most likely still close on time. Throughout the whole process Doug kept me informed about everything either by phone or email (which I appreciated because my other lender did not). Doug called me that next Monday and said we were good to close on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I closed on time. I couldn’t of asked for a more organized, hard working gentlemen to work on getting me my dream house. I will recommend Doug and his team to everyone I know looking for a new home!!!!
